Coconut Chutney

 Coconut Chutney

Ingredients


Grated coconut – ½ cup
Green chillies – 3
Coriander leaves
For seasoning :
Oil – 2 tsp
Asafoetida – A pinch
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Procedure

  1. Grind together grated coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves along with a little water         and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add the ingredients for seasoning.
  4. Pour it on the ground coconut.
