Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Green chillies – 3
Coriander leaves
For seasoning :
Oil – 2 tsp
Asafoetida – A pinch
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Procedure
- Grind together grated coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves along with a little water and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the ingredients for seasoning.
- Pour it on the ground coconut.
