Almond Burfi
Today I am presenting a premium sweet dish. Following is the ingredients and procedure of the dish.
Ingredients
Almonds (Badam) – 2 cups
(Grind without skin)
Sugar – 2 cups
Ghee – ½ - 1 cup
Milk powder – 2cups
Procedure
- Make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
- Mix grind almonds and milk powder and add to the syrup.
- Stir over low fire adding a ghee little at a time.
- When it starts leaving the sides, remove and pour into a greased plate.
- Cut into desired shapes.
