Curry Leaves Chutney
Today I am presenting a green chutney to have with Idli and
Dosa.
Ingredients
Curry leaves – 1 bunch
Bengal gram – 2 spoons
Black gram – 2 spoons
Red chillies – 4
Coconut – ½ of one
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Tamarind – ¼ lemon size
Salt – As required
Oil – As required
Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add all the ingredients and sauté for some times.
- When the raw smell goes, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Grind the mixture along with salt and little quantity of water.
