Wheat flour ladoo
Today I am presenting North Indian Ladoo recipe, which tastes great and easy to make.
Ingredients
Ghee (Desi) – 250 gm
Wheat flour – 250 gm
Cashew nuts, Almonds(Badam) Raisins – 100
gm (finely chopped)
Sugar – 100 gm
Procedure
- Heat the ghee in a pan.
- Add flour and fry, until flour becomes brown.
- Add sugar and dry fruits and cook for a minute.
- Turn off the flame and keep aside for 5-10 minutes
- Make small balls off the mixture and shape them into ladoos.
