Bread Pakoda
Ingredients
Bread – 3 slices
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Oil for frying
Procedure
- Mix together gram flour, salt, chilly powder and asafoetida with water to make a loose batter.
- Cut the brown portions of the sides of the bread slices.
- Cut each slice of bread into four pieces.
- Dip each piece of bread into the batter and deep fry until it is fully cooked.
